Second Time Parent Birth Reflection & Antenatal Course

If you’re a second (or third or fourth or fifth!) time parent then this one’s for you.

We know that previous birth experiences can carry so much emotion (and sadly sometimes trauma) so you’ll get a private online birth reflection session to gently and sensitively discuss everything. There’ll be a 2 hour live online group session that recaps the basics of labour, birth and postpartum and goes into more detail on VBACs, repeat caesarean births and preparing older children for a new sibling.
